THIS MESSAGE IS FOR ANY ALUMNI BAND MEMBERS WHO HAVE THEIR INSTUMENTS AND SPARE TIME.......
NORTHWEST BAND REALLY NEEDS HELP, MY NEICE IS A DANCE GIRL IN THE BAND AND THEY RECENTLY WENT TO A COMPETITION AND PLACED 8TH OUT OF 14!! THE DANCE GIRLS AND FLAG GIRLS DIDN'T EVEN PLACE!! THE FEW TROPHIES THAT THEY DID GET WERE 3RD PLACE!! THE DANCE GIRLS NEED SOMEONE TO HELP THE WITH DANCE ROUTINES, AND SHE ALSO SAID ALOT OF THE INSTRUMENTALISTS DON'T HAVE THEIR MUSIC MEMORIZED ON THURSDAY, WHICH IS THE DAY BEFORE THE FOOTBALL GAMES!!!
SO IF ANYONE HAS ANY SPARE TIME COULD YOU PLEASE JOIN ME AND HELP THE BAND BE "THE BADDEST BAND IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD" !!
BAND PRACTICE IS FROM 3 - 6PM, MONDAY - THURSDAY!!

I am a proud member of the NWHS Band and what makes it even better I am getting the chance to work with the band now. My son is carrying on my legacy. I AM PROUD OF YOU TRE'!!!!

Hi Musicians,

Good to see everyone! Of course, I'm still playing my flute/piccolo. Also learned the oboe, alto sax, and clarinet. Enjoyed playing the flute at Northwest, however, no matter how good Marla was at teaching me, I couldn't dance a bit. I hope everyone is well.

Words can't express the sadness my heart hold for the Woods family & my Northwest High School Family ....
This lost will be long remembered....I remember so many fun days at NW while I was in the band.

Mr.Woods looks as if he has NOT aged a bit since 1988..

We had some fun-filled days at Northwest High because .....Bill Woods was throwing down!!!!

One thing I know, he loved us, he loved teaching us and he truly loved his job..

To me he is the best and I know he will truly be missed by all..
